How do I reset my Facebook password?

If you have forgotten your Facebook password, you will need to reset your password on www.facebook.com. Follow the steps below or on Facebook’s website to reset your password, then repeat the SnappySave redemption process to unlock your savings in-store.

Reset Your Facebook Password

To reset your password if you're not logged in to Facebook:
  1. Tap Forgot Password?.
  2. Type the email, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then tap Search.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

What do I do if I have poor signal strength?

If you are experiencing difficulty loading SnappySave.com web pages on your cell phone due to poor cellular reception or Wi-Fi reception in store, you can either:
  1. Go through the SnappySave redemption process outside of the store, and keep the coupon open on your web browser. It is valid for 24 hours, so you have ampletime to make your purchase and present the screen to the cashier when checking out.
  2. Visit our locations page and see whether another participating store is nearby.
